(V&EG) is a leading services supplier providing solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Food, and Medical Devices industries in areas such as Laboratory, Compliance, Computer, Engineering, Project Management, Validation, and other services. We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to working under the highest ethical standards for the following position: Validation Specialist for Packaging Equipment Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology industries. Experience in process and manufacturing areas. Must be fully bilingual (English / Spanish) with excellent oral skills. Proficient in MS Windows and Microsoft Office applications. Strong knowledge of cGxP and regulatory guidance, with understanding of their application to compliance. Experience in Design Documentation (URS, DS), IQ, OQ, PQ protocols development and execution, deviations, and report generation. Knowledge of SDLC, Risk Assessment, Data Integrity, FAT, and SAT. Strong knowledge in areas such as: Material cleaning systems Collaborative robots EFD for lubrication processes Cognex vision systems for inspection and labels inspection Automated Box Erector Zebra printers and label applicators Semi-Automatic Case Former and Sealer Checkweigher Automated Palletizer (Collaborative robots) Stretch Wrapper Technical writing skills and investigative processes. Availability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
