We supply our customers with 100% green energy and climate performance.**Department:**The Energy Management — Energy Supply division is responsible for the supplier and metering point operation market roles for 200,000 of the Group's collection points in accordance with regulated BNETZA processes. As a team, we ensure the delivery of over 2 billion kWh of electricity to our customers in a highly automated manner using energy management systems and operational service providers. This includes the entire process from managing network usage to invoicing our customers.As a solution designer, you are responsible for E2E the conceptual design and management of these processes, the selection of service providers, contact with distribution system operators and intra/external stakeholders, and implementation in IT systems. You are also the last instance of problem-solving and escalation.They are used to making data-based decisions and carrying out data evaluations themselves. Over the next two years, you will work with us to migrate from SAP ISU to an SAP S/4 HANA system.**Task description:**As a solution designer, you develop complex solutions for the advancement/development of virtual or physical products/services in close cooperation with specialist departments and IT units.* You evaluate business models or requirements and integration into technology solutions as well as the technological implementation options (bridge business/technology) and are responsible for requirements management (requirements engineering) in complex projects* You will analyse and design requirements in depth, taking into account holistic business requirements and implications* You coordinate comprehensive requirements for technical products/services and ensure the implementation of the solutions (business requirements)* You will establish and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders, as well as manage expectations and provide comprehensive advice to business areas with technical expertise and business process know-how* You manage strategically oriented projects**Requirement profile:*** They are characterized by detailed company-specific knowledge or exceptional special knowledge and skills:* Very good experience in classic and agile forms of cooperation* Outstanding experience in managing strategically oriented projects* Outstanding several years of experience in corporate or IT architecture management* Outstanding, comprehensive experience in specifying comprehensive IT solutions in complex IT system landscapes, ideally SAP R/3 or S4-HANA* In-depth knowledge of GPKE, WIM and MABIS processes as well as market communication in the market roles of supplier and metering point operator* Comprehensive knowledge of the market, technology and competitor environment in the electricity marketThis position is also available on a part-time basis.Severely disabled people are given priority if they are equally qualified.## Job Benefits### This position is also available on a part-time basis #J-18808-Ljbffr
