The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and comfortable leading teams in a fast‑paced, on‑call environment. Minimum Qualifications Experience: At least 5 years of experience in building systems, repair, maintenance planning, and vendor management. Supervisory Experience: Minimum 2 years leading maintenance or facilities staff. Education: High School Diploma or GED. License: Valid Texas Driver’s License. Preferred Qualifications Licensed maintenance skills or trade certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Experience working in facilities, property management, or building maintenance environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance personnel, providing direction, scheduling, and performance oversight. Oversee building system repairs, preventive maintenance, and general facility upkeep. Coordinate and manage vendor activities, ensuring work quality and adherence to timelines. Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend corrective actions. Assist with troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building issues.
