A global Orthotics & Prosthetics healthcare company is currently seeking a motivated ///Remote///Area Sales Manager to join their office in the Illinois area. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in O&P Healthcare industry. This is a remote, full-time, direct hire position with a comprehensive benefits package. Area Sales Manager Responsibilities: Drive sales strategy and exceed revenue goals. Build relationships with Orthotics & Prosthetics clients and partners. Deliver product demos and manage the full sales cycle. Collaborate with internal teams, analyze market needs, and report on sales. Attend trade shows; travel 70% of the time. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships, with 5–7 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the O&P healthcare sector. Drive sales growth throughout the Midwest region, including Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Kansas. Area Sales Manager Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Orthotics & Prosthetics tech sales experience; proficiency with CRM tools. 5–7 years of B2B sales experience (O&P/medical preferred). Based in the U.S. Midwest; proven sales success. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Able to manage multiple accounts; self-motivated. Proficient in Office tools; willing to travel. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
