Tasks
You arent just a graphic designer; you are a digital solution provider. You will bridge the gap between branding and web interfaces, using Figma and AI tools to produce high-impact results for our clients.
Key **
- Execute responsive web designs and high-fidelity UI elements.
- Translate client briefs into strategic digital assets (ads, landing pages, social).
- Integrate AI-enhanced workflows to stay ahead of the design curve.
- Collaborate asynchronously with a diverse, global team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a remote agency or tech environment.
- Tech * Mastery of Figma (including variables and components) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- AI * Willingness to use tools like MidJourney and ChatGPT to optimize output.
- Advanced English (writing/reading) is essential.
- 100% Remote, but you must be locally based in LATAM (e.g., Brazil, Argentina, Colombia).
- Must be willing to complete a 5-day paid Design Bootcamp.
