The Photographer manages communications, plans and prepares for photo shoots, completes projects, and constantly develops skills.**Manage Communications** Communicate with project sponsors, designers, and others regarding photography project needs and planning. Coordinate with coworkers concerning project information, approval, deadlines, etc.**Plan Photography** Plan and photograph events, portraits, and candid campus photography in a creative and effective manner. Plan what equipment will be necessary, best viewpoints, and which shots are essential.**Complete Projects** Maintain a constant workflow of projects to keep up with the high volume of work on a daily basis. Perform work quickly and efficiently under deadlines to ensure that photographs are delivered on time.**Develop Technical Skills** Regularly seek out ways to enhance and develop photographic skills as they pertain to the material needed for ministry and advertising use. Keep current on photographic (social media) trends and technology. Find new techniques and styles and implement them as able.FLSA Status - Scanning (Non-exempt)**Education**Required Education:College DegreePreferred Education:BS - Graphic Design**Work Experience**Required Experience:1+ years in professional photography**Physical Requirements and Skills**Ability to lift 20+ pounds, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bend body and knees as needed, Digital SLR Cameras, Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, Oral Communications*Ideal candidates must be born-again Christians and must be dedicated to training young people for serving God; and must desire to educate students based on biblical values and be committed to excellence as a Christian educator who glorifies Christ as the source of all wisdom and knowledge.
