This position will be integral to attracting potential students to our campus through effective and timely communications. This position will also be accountable for territory management through best practices in relational marketing. The candidate will be proficient with individual and group presentations, development and implementation of CRM communication plans, and the use of social media to communicate LSUE's brand promise. This candidate will also assist with on-campus events, Literary Rally, campus tours, Bengal Preview Days, etc. Serving as the central liaison to prospective students, this position will help prospects navigate through the entire recruitment process. As a member of the Enrollment Management Division this candidate will assist with any future unforeseen activities involved with prospective students.20% Assist with the planning and facilitation of on-campus events supporting the admissions process including, but not limited to, Literary Rally, Bengal Day, campus tours, high school counselor information days. 35% Maintains recruitment and admissions communications via phone/text messages, mail correspondence, e-mail, and social media. Develops, Implements, oversees, and maintains communication plans via the Constituent Relationship Module (Workday Software) to integrate prospective students and parents into the academic and social development mission of LSUE.20% Responsible for the management of the assigned recruiting territory. Includes, but not limited to planning and traveling to high school and college recruitment fairs, facilitating a relational marketing campaign targeting prospective students and related stakeholders and promoting the LSUE brand.20% Responsible for thorough knowledge of the enrollment process as it relates to the application for admission, all required documents, deadlines, applicable fees, special programs. Will oversee request for information and respond to each according to the specifics of the requests. With support of marketing/public relations & assistant director of recruit & outreach will create new and update current template email correspondence.
