Essential Functions:
The Hospice Liaison plays a vital role in generating hospice business by coordinating care for referred patients, discovering new markets, and maintaining existing services. This position involves daily engagement with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and comprehensive care. Regular external interaction is a key component of this role.

Education:
Minimum of an Associate Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in healthcare. Experience:
At least 2 years of sales experience within a clinical care setting, preferably in hospice. Requirements:
