the journey for our clients. We’re looking for a dynamic, design-savvy, client-focused Designer & Showroom Consultant to join our growing team! The Designery Memphis

is your trusted local partner in the design, build, and installation of kitchen, bath, and closet spaces. From custom cabinetry to high-end fixtures and premium materials and finishes, we guide homeowners, builders, and contractors in transforming spaces into stunning environments. We deliver expert design with Innovative 3D visualization tools, premium product solutions, and a seamless process from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do

Design dream spaces:

Use design tools like ProKitchen to create stunning, functional layouts for kitchens, baths, closets, and more.

Guide clients with care:

Listen, advise, and confidently lead homeowners, builders, and contractors through the entire process.

Sell with impact:

Present designs and quotes, close deals, and proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Memphis area.

Project manage:

Own the process from consultation through installation, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

Build relationships:

Earn trust and repeat business by being reliable, knowledgeable, and service-driven.

Know your products:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings—including kitchen cabinetry, tile, countertops, bathroom fixtures, flooring, closet systems, and accessories.

Stay sharp:

Keep up with trends and educate clients on options and upgrades that best fit their goals.

What Makes a Great Fit

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in kitchen, bath, and/or closet design, preferably in a retail or client-facing environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once—project management experience is required.

Experience using ProKitchen or similar design software is a plus (training provided).

Strong product knowledge and a great eye for functional and beautiful design.

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
