As a Founder’s Associate at FINESSE, you will act as the founder’s right hand, playing an integral role in driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and growth across the organization. You will mirror the responsibilities of both the founder and chief of staff, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team of FINESSE to identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and implement solutions that optimize performance across departments. Your work will span various functions including operations, marketing, product development, finance, and human resources, allowing you to make a significant impact on the overall business. Whether it's coordinating strategic planning sessions, refining internal workflows, or managing key strategic projects, you will be the go-to person for ensuring that the business runs smoothly.
You will thrive in this position if you are a versatile problem-solver with the ability to quickly adapt to different challenges. Your analytical mindset, paired with hands-on execution, will empower you to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver practical, data-driven solutions.
