Overview
Renewal by Andersen of Sacramento is hiring Direct Marketing Specialists in Rancho Cordova. You will drive towards neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and introduce them to beautiful Andersen windows and patio doors—meeting people, making connections, and earning pay for your personality.
Responsibilities
Attend weekly team meetings at the Rancho Cordova office.
Canvass local neighborhoods by door‑to‑door.
Start friendly conversations with homeowners about their windows & doors.
Set appointments for Design Consultants to provide in‑home consultations.
Work independently while being supported by an awesome team.
Compensation $21/hour base pay plus uncapped bonuses and commission. Most of the team averages $21–$36/hour after bonuses.

Able to walk, stand, and lift up to 20 lbs.
