$3.00 per hour Shift Differential on top of your base pay if you work the majority of your shift after 5:00 pm

We are looking for an enthusiastic Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. This is an entry-level role that executes tasks that are assigned to the Fulfillment Team including order picking, order packing and projects including assembly and kitting items together.
Shifts Shifts available: Monday through Thursday 2:30 pm - 1:00 am
Requirements & Traits A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have:
warehouse management (WMS) experience
basic inventory management methodologies
the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
On top of that you must:
possess a thorough and organized approach to your work
pay close attention to details on every project
have basic computer skills
be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting Company and Customer quality standards
apply effective time management and self-management skills
understand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee and customer information
be able to quickly move from one project to other while dealing with a very stressful deadline
be flexible to change
Responsibilities
print packing slips; pull fixtures, graphics and other materials; pack and stage fixtures, graphics and materials to arrive undamaged to customer
communicate with shipping department based on customer requirements and/or company guidelines
process inbound finished goods, customer orders and returns, including quality control, updating inventory, stocking materials and assigning inventory locations
communicate any discrepancies to the fulfillment lead
participate in materials management, including kit breakdown, cycle counting and handling material obsolescence
maintain work area cleanliness and standards
participate in cross training and continuous learning
perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management
Qualifications
able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills including, demonstrated listening skills and the ability to present ideas and thoughts concisely and effectively both internally and outside the organization
willing to admit when you make a mistake (it happens to the best of us)
fiercely loyal to both our customers and team
trustworthy, reliable, and easy to get along with
enthusiastic and eager to take on new challenges
adaptable and willing to wear whatever hat gets the job done

Compensation Compensation Range : $43,160 – $50,024 annually
*This range reflects our good-faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
