About the Role A dynamic community bank is seeking a

Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst

to join their talented team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in credit structuring and collaborate closely with top-performing lenders. Key Responsibilities Underwrite and analyze commercial real estate loans ranging from $500K to $8MM. Draft comprehensive credit memos for committee consideration. Evaluate borrower financials, including leases, tax returns, and rent rolls. Independently manage multiple loan files with efficiency. Participate in borrower meetings to assist in deal structuring. Collaborate effectively with lenders, credit analysts, and operations teams. Work towards a fulfilling role in lending and production. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience as a credit analyst, preferably in commercial real estate or commercial & industrial. Strong skills in credit writing and financial analysis. Able to juggle workflow across multiple lenders with ease. Excellent communication and time management skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. $60,000 - $75,000. Benefits:
