Position Overview:
This hybrid role requires in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at our Scottsdale, Arizona location. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm Arizona time from November to March, and from 8 am to 5 pm Arizona time from mid-March to November.
As a Client Optimization Specialist in our Scaled Business Success team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our small business clients throughout their journey with Indeed. You will assist clients via phone, chat, and email, resolving issues and helping them maximize the value of their accounts to meet hiring goals. This is an excellent opportunity to work with Indeed’s product suite and collaborate with various internal teams to enhance the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess client challenges with a consultative approach and provide impactful solutions.
Become the go-to expert for Indeed's growing product suite, ensuring clients derive maximum value.
Achieve client-centric KPIs such as CSAT and Conversion.
Collaborate in a team-focused environment that embraces continuous learning and innovation.
Work with Product, Operations, and other teams to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in customer service or B2B client support is required.
Proven experience in online advertising, SEM, PPC advertising, or recruitment advertising is preferred.
Strong tech savviness and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Genuine passion for assisting customers in resolving their issues.
Able to thrive under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks.
Adaptable to change and eager to incorporate feedback into your work.
Motivated to manage a high volume of inbound interactions while promoting positive client outcomes.
Compensation:
The pay range for this role is $24.12 - $29.33 per hour based on experience and performance.
