This employee shares our appreciation for quality craft beverages and wants to be part of a World Class Organization. Our mission is to be the largest craft brand in all of our core markets. **Reports to:** Chief Commercial Officer **WHAT YOU'LL DO*** Responsible for delivering sales KPIs (volume, revenue, targeted distribution), by brewery.* Effectively manage Region Teams (MM, FSR, etc.) and the corresponding wholesalers within sales territory.* Sell-in and execute ABVs local sales and brand plans.* Manage weekly / monthly wholesaler shipments and attainment vs. budget.* Drive the Win Key Market and SPR Process within sales territory.* Manage and monitor price plan with sales territory. Ensure that the team tracks PTCs on a monthly basis and bring forward price adjustments to ensure that we are price competitive.* Participate in annual brand marketing plan development and proactively sell into our wholesalers during the annual business plan process.* Participate in weekly/monthly leadership calls and cascade communication to direct reports and field sales team.* Implement new hire day on-boarding program.* Work with local Field Marketing and Key Account teams on local market and chain execution.* Develop and mentor sales team members so employees can grow and thrive in their careers (new employees via on boarding and existing employees via the annual performance review).* Thoroughly manage sales budgets (direct and indirect) and admin/travel budgets. Come in at or below yearly budget.**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR*** Bachelor’s Degree, Business or Marketing concentration is preferred.* 7+ years’ experience in craft beer sales is desirable; preference will be given to those with beverage sales or consumer product goods experience.* Candidate must have proven computer skills and be proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft outlook, and have reliable internet access from home.* Team Management experience, with the ability to coach and mentor direct reports.* Craft beverage industry passion and the appreciation of the culture that goes with it.* A results driven, energetic, confident personality.* Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and presentation skills.* Exemplary interpersonal, organizational and project management skills.* Intensive travel schedule and flexible work schedule will be required, with regular visits to bars, restaurants, other retailers and warehouses, along with attendance at special events, festivals, beer tastings and dinners.* A valid state driver’s license is required and must be maintained throughout employment period with Artisanal Brewing Ventures.* The candidate must fully understand that they are a representative not only of Artisanal Brewing Ventures but of the alcohol beverage industry. Associates are to conduct themselves within the limits of the law and with concern to the education of responsible consumption at all times. This includes working hours, trade shows, festivals and while entertaining in the name of Artisanal Brewing Ventures. Any poor reflection or legal matters that may arise due to poor judgment may be dealt with by termination.**Other Requirements*** Candidate should be able and willing to lift at least 31.5 lbs. from ground level to a shelf 50 inches from the floor.
