Relationship Banker , you will manage customer receivables, assess credit risk, and support compliance with established credit and collections policies. You will work with account data, customer documentation, and internal partners to ensure accurate credit decisions and timely follow-up. Responsibilities

Apply established credit and collection policies to assigned customer accounts. Review credit files, reports, bureau data, and financial statements to confirm deposit and credit requirements. Extend credit in accordance with approved policies and terms. Analyze customer financial information to recommend credit decisions beyond standard criteria when appropriate. Evaluate credit risk for individual accounts and aggregated customer portfolios. Perform follow-up and collection activities for accounts receivable. Coordinate with management on credit requests outside standard policies. Investigate customer complaints and prepare documented findings for internal and external review. Assess customer eligibility for mandated assistance programs and regulatory requirements. Support development, documentation, and implementation of credit policies and procedures. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field strongly preferred. 6 months to 2 years of credit and collections experience required. Banking or financial services experience preferred. Proficient analytical and mathematical skills. Ability to review contracts, financial documents, and credit reports. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and related applications. Experience analyzing spreadsheets, databases, and account records. Reliable high-speed internet for remote work. English and Spanish bilingual capability a plus.
