Position Overview Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Onsite Recruiter to support a high-volume food manufacturing client producing snack bars and cookies. This is an onsite, temp-to-hire internal position supporting operations in Bloomington and Ontario CA.

Pay Range $20–$22 per hour (DOE)

Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with occasional early starts and weekend work as required

Position Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent onsite recruiting experience in a Spanish-speaking industrial or manufacturing environment

Bilingual English/Spanish required, with strong Spanish written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience sourcing within the Spanish-speaking community using Facebook, El Clasificado, ZipRecruiter, community outreach, and referral-based sourcing preferred

Experience using applicant tracking systems (Tempworks preferred), timekeeping systems (ADP preferred), group texting platforms, and automated scheduling/communication tools preferred

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain rosters of candidates ready for immediate placement

Experience building working relationships with client supervisors and HR teams

Proven ability to coach associates on attendance and performance issues in a constructive manner, including issuing disciplinary actions when necessary

Flexibility to support early start times, alternating weekend communication coverage, and travel between client locations

Experience creating visual recruiting advertisements using Canva and scheduling social media posts is a plus

Prior experience in roles such as Onsite Recruiter, High-Volume Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator, Bilingual Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Workforce Coordinator is a big plus

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through onboarding

Build and maintain active rosters of candidates ready for immediate placement

Conduct in-person and video interviews in both English and Spanish

Post, manage, and refresh job advertisements across multiple platforms, including Spanish-language and community-based channels

Create and distribute visual recruiting ads and coordinate social media recruiting activity

Perform regular check-ins with client supervisors and HR teams to confirm satisfaction with placements

Proactively identify upcoming staffing needs and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly

Support associate coaching, attendance management, and performance documentation as required

Communicate schedules to associates daily using a group SMS platform
