Job Description:
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) at Tennessee State University (TSU) is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst to support and advance our growing information security program. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), the analyst will play a key role in protecting the university's digital infrastructure and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of institutional data. This is a full-time, on-site position with a work schedule aligned with the University's standard operating hours. The candidate must be available to work evenings or weekends as necessary to address emergency or requirements.
This position involves hands-on responsibilities across security architecture, operations, analysis, and engineering—working with technologies such as Palo Alto Firewalls, Sophos Endpoint Protection, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Azure AD, Exchange, KnowBe4, VMware, SIEM, and others.
