
General Description
Prepare cost proposals utilizing existing pricing models. Prepare documentation for the development of cost proposals and cost narratives as required.
Duties
Provide accurate pricing of proposals ensuring they are complete and compliant with all customer requirements and schedules.
Work with Subject Matter Experts in the analysis of labor and material Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
Develop and maintain pricing files in accordance with requirements.
Assist in creating cost proposal documentation and back up including cost narratives when required.
Pricing to include small and large scale, multi-year proposals to include labor, materials, travel, subcontract costs, and other direct costs.
Prepare and present pricing files for management review and approval.
Work in a team hybrid environment.
Provide routine administrative support.
Other Duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.
Requires 4+ years' experience in Government pricing and/or Project Finance experience.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Knowledge of CBAs and Wage Determinations/ SCA desired.
Knowledge of all contract types including FFP, CPFF, and T&M.
Skilled in verbal and written communication.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
General Computer Skills required.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to routinely climb / descend stairs.
On occasion must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows / knees, and reach above / below shoulders.
Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.
