Why You’ll Love This Role This is a pivotal, front-facing position on our team. You’ll be the heartbeat of our leasing process—connecting with prospects, showing homes, and creating standout experiences that reflect who we are.
Most days, you’ll be out in the field showing properties throughout Spokane, Northern Idaho, and beyond, managing your own schedule, and working independently while staying closely connected with our team through multiple communication platforms.
This role is perfect for a self-starter and top performer who enjoys autonomy, variety, and meaningful work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Showing rental properties and representing our brand with professionalism and energy
Communicating with prospects via phone, text, email, and CRM platforms
Delivering exceptional customer service and follow-through
Managing your schedule, appointments, and leasing responsibilities independently
Collaborating with the property management teams
Contributing positively to team culture and the communities we serve
Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to application.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all platforms & property management software.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
Occasional postings, move-ins, and inspections to support team
Resolve conflicts professionally through effective conflict management skills and uphold excellent customer service standards.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective tenants to foster positive relationships and encourage applications.

Qualifications
Proven experience in property leasing, property management, or real estate administrative roles.
Knowledge of bFair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant law, and contracts.
Proficiency in CRMs, general office software including data entry and filing.
Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and relationship management abilities.
Excellent conflict management skills along with the ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. This position provides an engaging environment for professionals passionate about property management and customer service excellence.
Driving Requirements
Age 21+: Company vehicle available for showings
Under 21: Reliable personal vehicle and valid insurance required
Mileage reimbursement provided at the federal mileage rate when personal vehicles are used
Schedule
Full-time
Tuesday – Saturday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Range: $18 – $20 per hour (DOE)
100% Employer-Paid Medical & Dental Insurance
96 hours of PTO, with 8 additional hours added each anniversary
Bonus potential available after successful completion of probationary period
Benefits begin after 90 days of successful employment.
