About the Role:

The Sr Corporate Actions Specialist is responsible for processing Corporate Actions activity across multiple security types. The team is responsible for managing all tasks and responsibilities associated with mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, including dividends, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and stock splits. The primary focus of this role is to mitigate company risk/financial exposure while working with counterparties to ensure timely and accurate execution of client instructions. Must have strong analytical skills and be able to work closely with other internal departments across CPT. Handles moderately complex work.

Ensurealltransactionsareprocessedaccuratelyandaccordingtotherelevant documentation.

Ensurealldocumentationrelatedtothetransactionisappropriatelyarchivedand noted in Salesforce.

Proactivelycommunicatecounterpartiesviaphonetovalidaterequestsandto understand the path to completion for each transaction.

Quicklyremediateanyissuesorconcernsarisingfrom clientorcounterpartycontact.Communicatefindings toendclientsas needed.Ensureallproceduresrelatedto client contact are adhered to.

Proactivelycommunicatewithclientsviaphoneto advisethem ofthestatusoftheir request.

Quicklyremediateanyissuesorconcernsarisingfromtheclientcontact.

Ensure all procedures related to client contact are adhered to.

Processcomplexactivitiesrelatedtoselectalternativeinvestmenttypes.

Ensurealldocumentationrelatedtothetransactionisappropriatelyarchivedandnoted in Salesforce.

About You:

High School Diploma or equivalent certificate required.

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

5 years Financial Services experience required.

Demonstrated data entry skills required.

Previous Financial Services experience in a transaction processing environment required.

The pay range for this role is $23.98 to $29.00.

The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
