Key Responsibilities
Responsible for accurate data receiving and uploading of imaged documents within internal tracking system.
Work closely with closing agents and lenders to resolve any missing or conditions related to Collateral Note, Allonge and Addendum to Note.
Ship original collateral file to end Warehouse Bank.
Work closely with closing agents, lenders and county records to resolve any missing recorded mortgage, title policy or other trailing documents or documents with conditions.
Complete thorough review of collateral and trailing documents to identify any possible conditions found within the documents.
Package and ship trailing documents to end investors.
All other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications
Sound judgement, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Possess strong personal computer skills including experience in Adobe, Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional attention to detail and be able to perform duties accurately with multiple interruptions throughout the day.
Must be able to work independently.
Ability to work well and communicate effectively with employees and customers.
Willingness to follow policy and procedures.
