Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Web/HubSpot Developer who can design, develop, and maintain web pages, landing pages, and marketing automation assets using HubSpot CMS along with core front-end technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubSpot development (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive web pages, landing pages, and email templates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubSpot CMS.
Customize HubSpot modules, themes, and workflows to support marketing and sales initiatives and overall departments.
Build dynamic and interactive UI components aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to implement web-based solutions.
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for speed and SEO.
Manage HubSpot integrations, forms, tracking codes, and automation features.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all platforms.
Required Skills (Mandatory)
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot COS/CMS (mandatory).
Experience in building HubSpot templates, custom modules, and workflows.
Understanding of responsive design frameworks and modern UI/UX principles.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
Knowledge of HubSpot APIs and integrations.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Understanding of marketing automation concepts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in HubSpot or front-end development are a plus.
