Yes Role

As a Software Solutions Sales Executive, you will focus on driving sales within the US East/Northeast region. Your primary responsibility will be to grow revenue by targeting net-new accounts while nurturing select existing relationships. The role is centered around key industries such as Retail, with additional focus on Hospitality and Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics (MT&L). You will play a critical role in identifying customer needs and aligning them with the most suitable Workcloud solutions to deliver value and drive success for our clients. This is an individual contributor, hunter role with a specific sales target. Your ability to independently generate new business opportunities, close deals, and expand our customer base will be key to your success in this position. The main solutions you will represent include Zebra Prescriptive Analytics (ZPA), Reflexis and Workcloud Sync Solutions. Location and Travel:

This remote role must reside in the US, specifically in the Northeast region/states. 50-75% travel within the region is expected. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities to meet annual targets and defined objectives Lead all aspects of the sales cycle in target accounts, including solution development, deal term negotiation, and contract closing Be an expert in Zebra Prescriptive Analytics (ZPA) and Reflexis Solutions for your accounts/region/territory Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional business growth Handle contracts and agreements, establishing and communicating expectations Meet and exceed quotas for contracts and revenue by closing multi-year cloud contracts Experience closing large, enterprise-wide annual recurring revenue contracts (ARR) Understand Zebra’s value propositions and how our solutions deliver customer value Identify, reach, and influence key decision makers and influencers within targeted retail prospects Build a consistently producing territory by moving retailers from suspect to prospect to opportunity to customer Be in the field with prospects on a weekly basis Align retailer priorities with Zebra solution outcomes and move projects to closure with value selling Hold prospects accountable to their part in moving forward Work in a collaborative team-based selling model with other Zebra sales roles, partners, Marketing and Customer Success Maintain knowledge of Zebra solutions, industry events, and competitive differentiators to ensure world-class interactions Be a challenger by understanding client issues and proactively educating with solutions to deliver desired outcomes Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 8+ years in B2B Software Sales At least 3 years of enterprise sales managing complex sales cycles Experience selling to B2B customers in the Retail vertical Deep domain knowledge of retail operations Must reside in the US, specifically in the northeast region. Approximately 50-75% travel to be expected. Notes:

Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree Credibility with C-level executives and partners to close opportunities with leading brands Track record of selling high-value multi-year recurring SaaS transactions Comfortable and skilled in virtual selling Success selling high-dollar multi-year deals with 6-12 month cycles Ability to penetrate non-customer accounts and create demand Technical aptitude and understanding of how software empowers retailers Value-based selling mindset with emphasis on price as a function of value Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong business acumen and teamwork Solves complex problems across diverse client stakeholder needs at the executive level Builds a business case for change and assembles the necessary team to close deals Operates with broad autonomy to improve sales effectiveness EEO and Benefits

USD 112,800 - USD 169,200 per year. Salary offered varies by location, skills, and experience. All Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs tied to quota attainment.
