Payment Specialist
to join our Credit Union team. This role is central to our daily operations, responsible for managing all aspects of our credit, debit, and ATM-only card programs. You will play a vital role in ensuring our members have seamless access to their funds by monitoring ATM performance, managing cash levels, and handling sensitive financial data with the utmost integrity. Key Responsibilities Card Program Management:
Oversee daily operations for credit, debit, and ATM card programs. ATM Operations:
Monitor a network of rented ATMs to ensure 100% operational uptime and sufficient cash reserves. Data Integrity:
Handle Private Personal Information (PPI) and credit-sensitive data with strict adherence to security protocols. Collaborative Support:
Work within multi-disciplinary teams to meet departmental deliverables and deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:
3–5 years of experience within a
Banking or Credit Union
environment. Customer Relations:
3–5 years of proven experience in member or customer service. Technical Proficiency:
Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically in
Excel, PowerPoint, and Word . Organization:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines with high accuracy. Education:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalency. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Specific experience in
Account Management
or general accounting within a financial institution. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Additional Information: This position is located in a professional office setting in Richmond (Boulders 3). Interviews:
