**UI/UX Designer** works closely with multiple stakeholders in an Agile environment to elicit and clarify requirements and produce effective interface designs as well as developing dashboard and report interfaces that efficiently visualize data, enabling users to make critical business decisions. Additional duties include promoting best practices and standards, including evolving the UX Design Style Guide and front-end application developer duties for web-based applications.**About Your Job:**Responsible for maintaining digital content, features, functionality, and experiences on the company website and other digital and mobile platforms. Transforms concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that produce intuitive user experiences. (45%)
Improves overall digital ecosystem by applying best-in-class user experience design practices. May require working in cross-functional or business unit teams for alignment. (40%)
Creates programs that ensure our graphic elements are up to date and comply with ideal user experience practices. (10%)
Creates design deliverables such as process flows, wireframes, mockups, and functional prototypes. (5%)
