We are seeking a driven, engaged recruiter to work with our team and help find talented, tenured real estate agents to join our brokerage.
Responsibilities
Source and identify experienced, licensed real estate agents as well as new licensees to join our brokerage Utilize various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections. Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit with our company culture Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates Act as an ambassador for Rogers Healy and Associates, promoting our company culture, values, and benefits to potential candidates Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Project a positive image of the organization to agents, clients, industry, and the community. Required skills/abilities
Superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates Ability to work effectively and efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail Advanced organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships within the industry to identify and attract top talent Ability to set personal goals and consistently achieve them without direct supervision Qualifications
1-2 years of sales and/or recruiting experience (preferred) Client Relationship Management software experience
