Role We are seeking an experienced commercial mortgage advisor to join our brokerage and help grow our commercial and construction business. This role is best suited for a self directed advisor who already understands commercial real estate financing and wants stronger capital access, operational support, and the ability to focus on clients and deal structure.
Responsibilities
Originate new business through direct outreach to property owners, investors, and developers
Build and grow a personal brand using social media and professional networks
Advise clients on deal structure and financing strategy for commercial and construction projects
Work on both self generated business and company sourced deal flow
Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial mortgage brokerage or advisory
Strong understanding of investment real estate and construction lending
Comfortable in a commission only, performance based role
Self motivated with strong business development skills
Compensation Commission only.
