Job Summary The HR Representative plays a critical role in maintaining HR data accuracy, supporting administrative functions, and generating insights to improve HR processes. This position is responsible for HR reporting, timecard processing, and assisting with compliance tracking while providing administrative support across HR functions.

Requirements HR Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain and update HR systems and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate and maintain HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and compliance records.

Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel files.

Provide administrative support in performance management, training, and HR events.

Assist in the semi-monthly payroll process by collecting time and attendance data from electronic payroll system. Assist with payroll entry as volume increases.

Support audits related to HR practices, payroll, and employee benefits.

Support HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement programs.

Coordinate internal communications related to HR updates and events.

Attend job fairs with other HR staff members.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience:

Associate’s degree with focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in an HR support, analyst, or coordinator role preferred.

Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and reporting tools is a plus.

This is an entry-level position.

Key Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Salary:

$38,000 - $45,000 annually.

The estimated hiring range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
