The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing appropriate rental equipment recommendations, preparing quotes, and managing rental agreements. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing equipment availability, and collaborating with service and parts departments to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
