Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Consultant role based in Altamonte Springs, FL. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will assist customers in selecting jewelry that suits their personal styles and special moments, provide exceptional customer experiences, and build long-term relationships. Key responsibilities include retail sales, offering jewelry advice, and maintaining deep product knowledge of various collections. You will also support store operations, ensure product displays are appealing, and contribute to the overall success of the store\'s sales objectives. Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and provide outstanding experiences. Experience in Customer Experience and Retail Sales, with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach. Interest or expertise in Jewelry Design and a passion for luxury and high-quality products. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form meaningful connections with clients to build loyalty and trust. Knowledge of jewelry industry trends, including engagement, bridal, timepieces, and custom designs, is a plus. Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
