Role Description We are seeking a Junior Sales professional for a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, responding to inquiries, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to match their requirements.
This is for a hustler type individual that will work alongside experienced sales and marketing people to learn from and generate immediately sales and revenue.
100% commissions only, only hunters will be considered, no cap on commisions.
Additional responsibilities include assisting in sales strategy implementation, providing detailed product information, and maintaining positive customer relations.
This role will also involve occasional customer service and learning opportunities through hands‑on training provided by senior team members.
Qualifications MUST have kitchen cabinet design INTEREST or willingness to learn Pro Kitchen design software.
Must live within Fort wayne and willing to work long hours and attend to our Store including during some weekends.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients effectively and addressing their needs in a professional manner.
Sales skills, with the ability to understand customer preferences, recommend appropriate products, and achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of Sales Management principles and willingness to learn and contribute to sales strategies under the guidance of senior team members.
Experience in or ability to undergo Training related to the role to enhance and refine sales and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet job-related deadlines.
Basic knowledge of the cabinetry or construction industry is a plus.
High School diploma OR Bachelor is required; further education or certifications in sales or related fields are advantageou
