We are seeking a Founding Product Marketing Manager to define our narrative, arm our sales team with world-class tools, and establish Greenlite as the undisputed leader in AI-powered compliance. This is a career-defining opportunity to own product marketing at a high-growth, vertical AI company with massive market potential.
This role reports to the VP of Marketing and will be a critical partner to our sales, product, and executive teams.
About the Role As a Product Marketing Manager at Greenlite, you'll lead the charge in translating our sophisticated AI technology into clear, compelling narratives that resonate in highly regulated banking environments. You'll work directly with our sales team and most strategic customers to develop messaging, positioning, and sales enablement tools that drive pipeline and accelerate deals at massive scale. Your product marketing work is informed by real customer needs and impacts our entire go-to-market strategy, so you need to build strong relationships, work effectively with sales, product, and executive teams, understand complex compliance workflows, and adapt quickly.
You're an exceptional product marketer who understands that financial institutions need tailored messaging when evaluating AI for compliance workflows. You'll synthesize disconnected streams of market intelligence, competitive data, and customer feedback into understanding what the most important value propositions are, what the messaging needs to emphasize, what the sales tools should include, and where the market impact could be. You're not just creating marketing materials—you're building go-to-market strategies based on what our most sophisticated prospects and customers actually need to understand our value and make purchasing decisions.
Please Note: We work in-person Monday through Friday in our SF office. What You'll Do Your mission is to make Greenlite's value proposition so clear, compelling, and differentiated that we become the default choice for any financial institution serious about leveraging AI for compliance. You will translate our sophisticated technology into clear business outcomes and build the messaging engine that fuels our entire go-to-market strategy.
Success in the first 6 months looks like:
Launch Dominance:
You have successfully supported major product and company announcements, resulting in a measurable lift in brand awareness, inbound inquiries, and sales pipeline.
Sales Enablement Mastery:
Our Account Executives are equipped with a complete and effective sales toolkit—including battlecards, demo scripts, and use case one-pagers that measurably improves win rates and reduces sales cycle times.
Content Engine Built:
You have established an AI-native content workflow that produces a high volume of personalized, use case-specific content, positioning Greenlite as a thought leader and directly supporting our ABM and demand generation efforts.
Positioning Owned:
Greenlite's positioning as the trusted partner for AI in compliance is solidified in the market, reflected in analyst reports, media coverage, and customer conversations.
Detailed Responsibilities
Messaging & Positioning:
Own and evolve Greenlite's corporate and product messaging. Develop clear, compelling narratives for our target personas, including BSA Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, and technical personas.
Sales Enablement:
Create and maintain a full suite of sales tools, including pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts, ROI calculators, and objection handling guides. You will be the sales team's go-to resource for product and competitive knowledge.
Content Strategy & Production:
Partner with the CEO and content team to build and operate an AI-native content engine. Develop the strategy for personalized use case content, customer stories, and sales enablement materials that support our ABM and field marketing campaigns.
Launch & Campaign Execution:
Act as the marketing lead for product launches, feature releases, and integrated campaigns. You will write the messaging briefs, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure our announcements make a market impact.
Competitive & Market Intelligence> Be the expert on our competitors, our buyers, and the market landscape. You will conduct ongoing research, synthesize insights, and use this intelligence to inform our strategy and arm our sales team.
Customer Marketing:
Work with our deployments team to identify and develop powerful customer stories and proof points. You will our top accounts to create compelling case studies, testimonials, and video content.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with at least 2 years at an enterprise software company selling to large, complex organizations.
Experience in a regulated industry (fintech, banking, insurance, healthcare) is a must. You need to understand the mindset of buyers who operate under intense regulatory scrutiny.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value. Experience with AI, machine learning, or data-intensive products is a strong plus.
A master of messaging and positioning. You can articulate a unique point of view and build a narrative that stands out in a crowded market.
Exceptional writing and communication skills. You are a storyteller who can craft everything from a punchy headline to a detailed whitepaper.
A track record of successful sales enablement. You have built and delivered sales tools that sales teams love and that measurably improve performance.
Experience with AI-native content workflows and a passion for leveraging new technologies like long running AI agents to create content at scale.
Experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
Bonus points:
Familiarity with the financial crime compliance space (KYC, AML, sanctions screening).
Experience with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester, Celent).
