
Job Title: Real Estate Document Specialist II
Location: Jackson, Michigan
Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Remote
Pay Range: $30-35 per hour
Job Description:
Responsibilities
Perform thorough internal due diligence to ensure the accuracy and completeness of land rights documentation, identifying deficiencies and initiating appropriate curative actions.
Prepare land?related contracts and agreements using approved templates in accordance with organizational standards.
Plan and organize workload effectively, adapt to shifting priorities, and perform well under pressure with minimal supervision.
Follow established policies, procedures, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance in all work performed.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of a wide range of land?related contracts and agreements used for construction, operation, and maintenance of both new and existing facilities. This includes fee simple acquisitions, rights?of?way, leases, temporary workspace agreements, licenses, permits, and ordinances.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret land legal descriptions accurately.
Minimum of
1 year of experience
in the Right?of?Way or Real Estate industry working specifically as a
Document Specialist .
