Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers. By performing 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, you’ll solve problems, build trusted relationships, and protect homes and families.

innovative
overall pest solution for each customer’s needs.
Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with a robust advertising budget.
Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services give them peace of mind.
Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home (you will learn how).
Make recommendations based on inspection and address any questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.
Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized (training provided).
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive earnings from $60,000 to $100,000 per year and a company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment.
Initial training period (first 90 days): $28.85 per hour. After licensure, an exempt compensation structure with base salary plus commission.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
No experience required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company‑paid).
Independent field work and client interaction.
Physical Requirements
Safe ladder use within manufacturer weight capacity.
Occasional lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Access to crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., with ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including OSHA‑compliant respirator when required.
Work in varied weather conditions.
