Responsibilities

Project Execution and Coordination: Develop and manage project schedules.

Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.

Oversee and ensure quality control of subcontractor work.

Coordinate required building inspections.

Maintain detailed project documentation.

Facilitate regular meetings with subcontractors to coordinate work.

Project Closeout and Business Development

Manage project closeout, including obtaining certificates of occupancy and managing punch lists.

Prepare and present project status reports.

Market the company to owners and architects.

Engage in business development activities to secure future opportunities.

Maintain a clean and organized jobsite and documentation.

What you need to succeed

Experience: 3+ years of experience in commercial construction projects.

OSHA 30 certification (recommended).

Technical Skills: Reading and comprehending complex documents, work orders, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost control.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Procore.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask.
