Part-Time | Hybrid | 12-15 hours per week | Availability required during holidays.
Starting hourly pay rate: $13.00 to $15.00 depending on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in assigned stores.
Use mobile device to complete merchandising activities, communicate with supervisor, and provide feedback.
Support holiday demand and seasonal resets, working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Collaborate with local store teams to maintain product display and inventory levels.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Physical capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Device proficiency – operate handheld device to read, interpret, and complete merchandising tasks.
Reliable transportation to reach multiple store locations on schedule.
Physical Requirements Work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms. Push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and fixtures up to 30 pounds, up to 50 on occasion. Squat, kneel, walk, stand, climb stairs, step ladders throughout workday.
