Meeting with clients to develop design strategies that will address the client’s market and project objectives Originate and develop site, subdivision and landscape architecture concepts Review, modify and correct concept plans and landscape architecture designs and drawings developed by others Confer with clients, engineers, and architects to meet the design needs of projects and develop solutions to technical problems Qualifications
B.S. in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university or a related field and a desire to work toward obtaining a State of Florida P.L.A. License 1+ years of proven urban design and landscape architecture experience in a wide variety of public and private sector project types Proficiency in AutoCAD, hand drawing, and 3D modeling is a big plus Zev Cohen & Associates, Inc. offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, life and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and paid vacation and holidays.
