
Escrow Processing Specialist | Residential Escrow Operations
We’re seeking an Escrow Processing Specialist to join our residential escrow team. This role provides centralized clerical support for the initiation and closing of residential escrows, helping branches manage high-volume paperwork efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals looking to grow their career in escrow operations.
What You’ll Do
Process all documents related to the opening and closing of residential escrows
Support escrow branches by communicating instructions and information (not customer-facing)
Handle slightly complex tasks requiring greater experience and knowledge compared to entry-level associates
Assist with escrow openings and closings as needed
Follow established escrow procedures and maintain awareness of regulations governing escrow processes
Support team during peak periods, including month-end, quarter-end, and high-volume surges
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while meeting deadlines
What You Bring
1–2 years of escrow processing experience preferred but willing to train motivated candidates
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Flexible, self-motivated, and able to make sound decisions independently
Ability to follow procedures and regulatory guidelines
Comfortable working extended hours or overtime during peak periods
Excellent organizational and communication skills
