We are expanding our team and looking for a driven
Salesperson / Account Representative
to bring in new business, manage client accounts, and build strong, long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and secure new logistics and trucking clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements
Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Track sales goals and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Qualifications
Proven experience in logistics, trucking, or freight brokerage sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and hit sales targets
Existing industry contacts in automotive, manufacturing, or freight forwarding (a plus)
Knowledge of TMS systems (Alvys preferred) and tracking tools (Samsara a plus)
