What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Achieve sales goals by building strong relationships with healthcare practitioners through phone, email, and virtual outreach
Engage customers daily with proactive calls and emails, providing product support and ensuring an excellent service experience
Promote education and growth by driving attendance at seminars, events, and training opportunities
Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing preferred, or equivalent work experience in a related field
2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer support
Experience with consultative phone sales, presenting product information, and cold calling preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Knowledge of commonly used terms in the supplement industry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast and changing environment
Willingness to learn new skills and actively participate in professional development
