Job Description

Assist in negotiating and drafting real estate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.

Provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and financing.

Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to address legal issues and resolve disputes.

Stay updated on changes to real estate laws and regulations to ensure clients receive accurate counsel.

Prepare and review closing documents for real estate transactions.

Work closely with the legal team to develop strategies and solutions for clients.

Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings related to real estate matters.

The Successful Applicant

1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions at a reputable law firm.

Strong drafting and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with partners and colleagues.

Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
