Connections Personnel is hiring for a temp to hire Customer Service/ Project Management candidate for a woman led company to ensure various departments are staffed appropriately and effectively to oversee company’s operations, handle customer service and administrative work for our client located in Piscataway, NJ. Looking for a candidate who has worked in the manufacturing industry with exceptional customer service background to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Lead/Point on answering all incoming calls assisting customers.
Work up quotes for clients and customers and handle any inquires as needed.
Will handle estimating of jobs.
Working through procurement, this role is responsible for ensuring inventory levels are maintained so we can provide excellent service for customers.
Maintains a focus on ensuring costs are in line with revenue to ensure profitability.
Answer emails and handle follow up with customers.
This person in the role oversees the day-to-day activities of:
Sales, Quoting, Procurement, Billing, Engineering, Shipping and Factory Production Departments.
Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of experience in customer service.
Project Management background or lead in a department that focuses on quality.
NetSuite hands on knowledge
A MUST! Small Business experience needed. Willingness to learn capabilities from reception to Order management, Purchasing, Billing, Engineering and factory operations. Experience in monitoring outsourced staffing, for non-core capabilities, marketing, accounting and IT. SOP Development and Management to enable continuous improvement and efficiency. Data Entry, Word, Excel and Outlook. Drug test and background screening done prior to being hired. Schedule:
7:30am-4pm Monday thru Friday Position is full-time ONSITE. Remote work is not an option. Salary:
$60-$70K Depending on experience. Benefits:
