Location: Covering parts of Utah, Idaho, and western Wyoming (primarily field-based with home office flexibility) About the Opportunity

We are an established independent sales representative agency partnering with some of the leading manufacturers in the industrial construction and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations, and Production) industries. Our portfolio includes high-quality tools, equipment, and supplies trusted by contractors, industrial facilities, and maintenance teams across demanding applications. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed territory revenue targets. Prospect, qualify, and acquire new customers in industrial, construction, manufacturing, and MRO sectors. Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with existing accounts, including contractors, facility managers, procurement teams, and end-users. Present and demonstrate our portfolio of premium tools and equipment, highlighting features, benefits, and value to meet customer needs. Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers. Collaborate with manufacturer partners to stay current on product innovations, promotions, and technical specifications. Identify competitive activity and market trends in the territory; provide feedback to agency leadership and principals. Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates accurately and timely. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within established guidelines to close sales. Achieve sales quotas while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications

2+ years of proven outside sales experience (B2B preferred), ideally in industrial, construction, tools/equipment, MRO supplies, or related industries. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered). Strong understanding of industrial/construction markets, customers, and buying processes is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently in a remote/field environment. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required (extensive daily travel within territory). Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic sales tools. What We Offer
