Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Account Manager will be responsible for prospecting new customers, maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating with internal service teams to meet client needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Essential Functions/Duties of the Position

90% New Sales – A “hunter” sales mentality prospecting new business in DFW area

Prospecting, account management and customer service skills

Build and maintain relationships with clients

Familiarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex market

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Manage account information within company Sales CRM software and MS Office

Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each sales prospect, their buying and organizational influences and their decision-making processes.

Seek new opportunities within existing clients for further account penetration

Network with business partners

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

MINIMUM 3+ years successful OUTSIDE sales experience

Demonstrated excellent prospecting, communication, telephone, and presentation skills

Strong account management skills and experience using Microsoft O365, Excel, Word, and CRM account management software.

Results-oriented and entrepreneurial attitude to get the job done within expected deadlines

Desire for an autonomous work environment with strong training and support provided by our company

Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

High School Diploma and some college a plus

Reliable Vehicle and valid Driver’s License
