Neurology, Epilepsy or Rare Disease experience is preferred. Fantastic, growing Neurology company looking for a candidate to cover Albuquerque / El Paso / Tucson. The Territory Manager is accountable for driving sales performance of products within an assigned geographic area. Success in this role requires in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, relevant disease states, and the competitive landscape, combined with effective consultative selling skills. The Territory Manager strategically leverages data, insights, and available resources to educate healthcare providers and influence appropriate product utilization. Responsibilities

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, associated disease states, and competing therapies in the market. Engage targeted healthcare professionals using approved promotional materials, clinical data, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Apply the company sales approach effectively throughout all stages of customer engagement. Secure commitment from target physicians to increase appropriate use of products while adhering strictly to compliance standards and company policies. Execute effective territory planning by identifying priority accounts and maintaining optimal call frequency to support business goals. Collaborate closely with Operations to build, refine, and maintain accurate physician target lists using current data and market insights. Leverage approved programs, tools, and resources to grow territory performance and clearly articulate territory strategy and results to the Regional Business Director. Create and execute territory business plans as directed, and complete all administrative responsibilities accurately, honestly, and on time. Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners including other sales representatives, Regional Business Directors, National Account Directors, Medical Science Liaisons, and headquarters teams. Comply fully with all promotional regulations, sample accountability requirements (if applicable), and the company Code of Conduct regarding interactions with healthcare professionals. This position does not include direct supervisory responsibilities. Physical Requirements and Work Conditions

The physical requirements described are representative of those necessary to perform the essential duties of the role. The position involves frequent driving, entering and exiting a vehicle, carrying promotional materials and samples weighing approximately 10–20 pounds, navigating stairs, and walking extensively within medical facilities and physician offices. Travel Requirements

Approximately 50% travel is required, depending on territory geography and business needs. Travel is necessary to effectively engage target accounts, attend company meetings, and participate in selected conferences. Overnight travel is required. Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required. A minimum of 3–5 years of proven success in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales is typically required.
