As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and providing customers with support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. A Day in the Life
Typical responsibilities include customer sales and profit, general fashion awareness, team development, retail operations and visual execution. Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store. Promote and sell products, actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives. Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions. Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management. Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, share knowledge with customers. Retain and share service and store operations knowledge with colleagues. Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice. Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house. Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays. Qualifications
Passionate about fashion and creating a great in‑store experience. Communicative, creative, curious, motivated and practical. Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service‑related industries. Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Inclusion & Diversity
