Client & Transaction Support

Coordinate and attend showings, including accompanied showings as needed

Prepare and manage contract paperwork when required

Maintain consistent client communication via email and phone

Attend inspections and take detailed notes

Prepare clients for closings, including scheduling and setting expectations

Purchase and assemble client closing gifts

Write and send monthly birthday cards, home anniversary cards, and thank-you notes

Listing & Marketing Support

Attend listing appointments and take detailed notes

Input and manage listings

Schedule photography and video for listings

Coordinate and prepare open houses with clients

Send weekly seller updates

Order yard signs and riders (active, pending, sold)

Place lockboxes and manage showing instructions

Deliver flyers and materials to listings

Manage pending log and transaction tracking

Coordinate inspections and appraisals

Administrative & Office Support

Manage emails and phone calls during business hours

Deliver items and materials as needed

Events & Client Experience

Schedule, maintain calendar and assist client events

Social Media Support

Create graphics for new listings, open houses, and announcements

Use Canva to design branded marketing materials

Experience and Compensation

Base Pay (dependent on experience)

Previous work experience with resume and references to be provided prior to review

Must hold a Texas real estate license or be in the process of obtaining one

Commission and/or bonus structure based on production

Office Hours

In-office:

9:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Approximately

20 hours per week in office.

Additional

~15 hours per week

as needed afternoons and weekends for showings & requests.
