for a
Customer Service Representative
(M/F/X) focused on the Italian market.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) permanent position with an international leader based in
Zaventem .
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete order-to-delivery flow, providing best-in-class customer support to clients in the Italian market
Handle both inbound and outbound communications to resolve customer inquiries or issues efficiently
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely updates in the system
Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, sales, and finance to guarantee seamless order processing
Provide ongoing status updates to customers, proactively follow up on pending orders, and track delivery timelines
Suggest solutions for any service delivery concerns or process improvements
Your Profile
Fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written)
Additional knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus
Previous experience in a customer service/order management role is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reside in Belgium and able to commute easily to Zaventem
Proactive attitude, team spirit, and solution-oriented mindset
Competence with MS Office and CRM systems is a plus
