Role: Community Lead (Remote, Pro Bono)
The Opportunity Build something from the ground up. You'll be the heartbeat of Utopia's founding community — shaping how founders and advisors connect, collaborate, and grow together. This is a rare chance to work directly with 300+ ambitious founders and seasoned operators while learning the inner workings of building a high-trust network.
What You'll Do
Own community engagement: design events, facilitate introductions, and keep the energy high
Be the first point of contact — anticipate needs, solve problems, create magic moments
Build rituals and systems that make members feel seen and supported
Partner with founders and advisors to unlock collaboration opportunities
Help us figure out what "great community" looks like as we scale

Front-row seat to how startups scale in the US market
Shape a founding community from day one — your fingerprints will be everywhere

Remote (US-based preferred)
Commitment:
10-15 hours/week for 3 months, with potential to convert to a permanent contractor or opportunity to be hired by one of our scaling founders.
